In 12 days, we harvest Château de Marsannay’s 40 hectares with 100 grape-pickers.
A meticulous sorting at the reception in the cellar allows to remove the roasted and the damaged berries to keep only the most beautiful logs. Vinification with little intervention, respecting the fruit, the freshness and the terroir. 10 months of ageing in new oak barrels (20%) as well as in oak barrels of one to four years, then 6 months in a tank
Ideal as an aperitif, with gougeres or grilled king prawns
